Multi-sig
Spiral DAO is controlled by two multi-sigs: one for treasury management and another one for protocol implementations. There is also a multi-sig for investing in marketing activities.
Treasury multi-sig
Decisions regarding treasury management will be adopted based on a 3/6 quorum due to the complexity of the Spiral DAO's treasury management, which employs rebalancing mechanisms and requires constant and reactive responses.
The protocol function is controlled by a 4/7 quorum to ensure external participation in implementing all the major changes.
Decisions regarding directing funds to various marketing activities are adopted based on a 3/6 quorum. The overall budget directed to the marketing multi-sig is voted upon by the DAO.
